A colossal undertaking of digital craftsmanship for the 19th Asian Games. Leading the visual direction for mascot animations across 140+ disciplines, defining the look of sport presentation for the continent's largest event.
The Challenge
The sheer scale of creating unique, character-rich animations for 140+ individual sports disciplines while maintaining strict brand consistency and character guidelines.
The Solution
Built a procedural animation pipeline in Unity to automate standard movements (run, jump, cheer) while hand-crafting key sport-specific actions. Established a "Master Scene" in Maya for consistent lighting.
